Certified Sleep Consultant

Hi, my name is Lauren and I am a Certified Infant & Child Sensitive Sleep Consultant. I have a background in Education, with a speciality in developing interventions to support a diverse range of learning needs.

I am trained and internationally certified to implement gentle and sensitive sleep training approaches to support all parenting styles. Registered with the International Institute of Complimentary Therapists, I am fully insured to practice globally.

I have a Bachelor of Arts, from Australian Catholic University and a Master of Clinical Teaching, from The University of Melbourne. I have worked in Education, specialising in Literacy and Learning Interventions and School Leadership for fifteen years.

I am also registered with the Victorian Institue of Teaching, which means I have undergone thorough police checks and Working with Children checks - I am qualified to work safely with your family.

At The Sustainable Sleep School we take our time to work with you to develop individual sleep plans for your child, after all no one knows them better than you do! We develop plans that support your family values and goals.

Children change rapidly and so do their sleeping needs! The Sustainable Sleep School gives parents the sleep skills to establish healthy sleep routines and adapt these as their little one grows. These skills will transform your home for the better and will help you to give your little ones the best start in life.

As a mum to two boys, both that had diverse sleeping difficulties, I understand that one size does not fit all. I also understand the impact of sleep deprivation on one's whole health, family and career. It is my goal to support you in selecting and implemeting a proven method that WILL improve sleep in your household.
